Return/Cancellation of Booking

The client is obliged to pay the amount of one day of stay as an advance payment.
If the reservation is canceled three days before arrival, the paid amount is non-refundable.

Data Protection

All transactions are carried out exclusively through the 3D Secure system. The cardholder's card data is protected.

Currency Conversion

If the currency of the card holder's card does not correspond to the currency of the transaction, the conversion is carried out according to the relevant payment system and the rules established by the bank issuing the card.
